Club Bio
MK Aikikai is a not-for-profit martial arts club that offers tuition in aikido, iaido and zazen.
Our mission is to promote the health and harmony of the individual through the above traditional Japanese arts, which then leads to harmony in the community. Aikido is a non-competitive martial art which emphasises compassion and co-operation, which naturally develops non-violent conflict resolution.
We hope to provide a sanctuary in Milton Keynes where individuals from all backgrounds can dedicate themselves to serious and sincere practice to develop themselves through the above arts. In order to make these activities available to all, we provide financial assistance to those who are in need of it.
